Newsletter subscription form - mailing list
Sarbacane 3 allows you to create and manage subscriptions to your mailing-lists through a form on your website, then to import them in the software like a recipient source file for an e-mailing campaign.
This functionality is very usefull, especially for users who don't have a tool to gather opt-in addresses on their website, nor technical ability required to develop this kind of web form.
Principle
Directly from your Sarbacane account, you create your lists and parameter the form to display on your website. The account interface will help you to choose inputs your visitors will have to fill in, the position of the submit button, texts to display, etc. When you have parameter your list, the interface generates a script to add into your website at the place you want to display it. Your list will be automatically populated with datas filled by your visitors. The extraction of informations from your list(s) is made directly from the Sarbacane software when you chosse the recipients source for your campaigns.
Security and confidentiality
All filled datas by your visitors are saved on secure servers. The whole datas are crypted at the time of the import of your records from the Sarbacane software. An additional security code called "link key" is asked when you create a list. This key will be asked again when you will try to import datas from the software. These datas are purely confidential and will never been read or communicate by Sarbacane Software. You are only in charge of datas in. We remind you of all method of collect and use of personal datas requires a preliminary declaration to the CNIL ("Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés" or equivalent organism). How to create my first mailing-list?
If you want to test this functionality or create your first mailing-list for your website, login now on your Sarbacane account, then in the menu under the licences board, click on the link "Manage my mailing-lists".
If you have not ever create your Sarbacane account, We advise you to bring your Sarbacane 3 registration key and to follow steps of creation by clicking here.
