How to generate the titles for my contact lists?

After importing your contact list into the software, if your database has a first name field:

 

You will have the possibility to calculate the civilility by clicking on the menu to the right of the name of your list, then on "Automatic analysis of the first names" :

 

 

Determine the abbreviation you want to use for each title in the corresponding fields (for instance Mrs for Mistress, Ms for Miss or Mr for Mister), then validate:

 

 

 

A Title field will be present in your database:
