To create a Zap, you must first link your Mailify account to Zapier.
What is a Zap?
A Zap is an automatic scenario where you set a Trigger or an Action.
As a general rule, the trigger is an event detected through one application A and the action is made in an application B.
The Mailify application has the following Triggers:
"Subscriber Opts Out": for every new unsubscribe in a defined blacklist, Mailify will send the information to trigger the action of your choice.
"New Subscriber”: for every new subscriber to a defined list, Mailify will send the information to trigger the action of your choice.
Here are some example Zaps for the Mailify application which are set as Triggers.
The Mailify application also has the following Actions:
"Add subscriber”: the Mailify application will add a contact to a defined list when it receives an order from the Trigger application via Zapier.
"Remove subscriber”: the Mailify application will delete a contact from a defined list when it receives an order from the Trigger application via Zapier.
"Create list”: the Mailify application will create a new contact list when it receives an order from the Trigger application via Zapier. Here are some example Zaps for the Mailify application which are set as Actions:
It is sometimes possible to automatically trigger an action in a single application: here’s an example Zap where the trigger comes from Mailify and the action is done in Mailify.
