In Mailify Sunrise's "Pages and Forms" menu, you will find forms management, which includes all forms already created.
For forms already created, you have information about:
- The name
- Publication: published or offline
- Form type: Collection / Update; Invitation / Event; Survey
- The list where the results are published
By clicking on the "Actions" menu, you have the possibility to:
- Edit the form to edit it
- Rename the form by clicking Properties
- Duplicate it to create a new form from the same structure
- Delete it
To create a new form, just click on the "Create" button at the top right and select "Form"
