There is no standard solution for writing the perfect follow-up email. However, there are some basic guidelines to follow:
The reminder email must be personalized
The subject line, the preheader and the teaser should be carefully chosen
A clear message body will be helpful
A well-thought-out layout
A minimum delay of 3 days should be observed before sending a reminder by e-mail
A visible CTA that leads the recipient to do the action that was initially desired in the initial email campaign
